No one is allowed to say that there isn’t anything for them at BarCamp. Because not only has the programming for the “unconference” not yet been set, but anyone is allowed to suggest a session on anything they want. Other people will have to be interested in said session in order for it to actually come to fruition, though.

Attendees will get 30 seconds to make a pitch for what they want to present, and everyone else will vote on what they want to take place. Of course, many possible sessions have already been proposed on, and a lot of them are tech-related, like Linux Server Basics and Intro to Drupal. But they really can take on any topic — like Introduction to Boating/Sailing or KnitCamp, which is exactly what it sounds like.

An after-party will be held at the downtown Mellow Mushroom with drink specials, and 95SX’s Joey Girard will DJ and emcee.

Online ticket sales ended earlier this week, but you can still purchase them at the door (you just won’t be guaranteed the same cool swag as the people who didn’t procrastinate).
