The Iron Chef “Battle Carrot” veteran and Southern Foodways Alliance darling from Louisville will bring his A-game to the Cypress room and promises to deliver what might be the best culinary deal to be had this year. $75 bucks will get you twelve courses from Richards and McCrady’s executive chef Sean Brock, whose new house-made charcuterie program will undoubtedly make an appearance. That’s a good deal in anyone’s book, but tickets on any dinner that Brock, a James Beard finalist for 2008, puts on will go fast.
