We got a sneak peek of Tradd’s caviar service and champagne bar last week, and now  we have all the modern American menu deets to share. Check it out below:

Appetizers/small plates include shrimp cocktail, fava toast, escargot, lobster gnocchi, and beef tartare; main courses cover both land and sea, with wood-fired ribeye, poulet rouge, Pacific halibut, and seared scallops; and caviar ranging in price from $38(Plaza Hackleback) to $125(Plaza Golden Osetera). Pair with a classic daiquiri or Charleston Mule and settle back into those leather printed banquettes. 

Tradd’s is open Sun.-Thurs. 5-10 p.m. and Fri. and Sat. 5-11 p.m.
