Hidden F&B podcast host and Les Dames D’Escoffier Charleston vice president Helen Mitternight will interview Nathalie Dupree, Johnny Caldwell, Kelly Chu and Tanya Gurrieri during a special episode of the show, with proceeds going to the organization’s scholarship fund. Registration is required, and the $10 virtual event will take place via Zoom on March 8 at 2 p.m. 

On the show, Mitternight spotlights “hidden heroes” in the hospitality industry. During this episode, “These successful women in the hospitality industry will discuss their mistakes, including what they have learned and how listeners can learn from them,” a press release said. 

“COVID-19 has affected every sector across the globe, and the hospitality industry is among the hardest hit,” Mitternight said in the release. “When you purchase a ticket to this virtual Hidden F&B podcast, you are helping fundraise for scholarships in the Charleston hospitality industry and learning about these successful women along the way.”

The LDEI Charleston Chapter’s scholarship program funds female applicants pursuing careers in the culinary arts, hospitality and event management industries.
