We’ve learned Taco Spot is expanding into the space occupied by their former neighbor, David’s Tuxedos. Owner Jason Vaughn and his business partner Lindsey Collier will expand their 20-foot space to 50. “We’re building a bar in there and will serve margaritas and cocktails,” says Vaughn. Plus, the owners are bringing in some new menu items to the tiny taqueria that they’re calling State of Texas Fair fare. Vaughn wasn’t ready to reveal the details of his carnival-centric new menu items, but if it includes fried Sriracha balls, we won’t turn ’em down.

According to Eater.com, new shop Tricera will move in and keep serving coffee in the space, in addition to waffles, breakfast burritos, and baked goods. Oh yeah, and it will add a triceratops fossil to the decor. So there’s that.
