Nashville-based Americana songwriter Will Hoge — an artist who steadily built a loyal Charleston following over the last five years — returns to the Windjammer on Sept. 5-6 in support of a new studio album titled The Wreckage (Rykodisc), featuring the single “Hard to Love.” The album was released on vinyl this month; the CD version is due in stores on Sept. 29.

Hoge and his band — drummer Sigurdur Birkis, bassist Adam Beard, and guitarist/keyboardist Devin Malone — share the stage with openers The Alternate Routes on Saturday and with Erick Baker on Sunday. Admission is $15 each night. Check out willhoge.com and the-windjammer.com for more.
