This past Saturday night, Theatre 99 hosted the first preliminary round of competition for the upcoming Charleston Comedy Festival Stand Up Competition. Fifteen prospective yucksters gave their best 5 minutes for a packed house. The crowd voted and picked four winners and an alternate to appear at The Music Farm on Wednesday, January 20 (the first night of The 7th Annual Charleston Comedy Festival).
