At least some people had fun during last week’s historic flooding, rain, and general weather shit-show. Check out this video, Don’t Worry Mom We’re Fine, of Folly surfers shreddin’ the gnar all last weekend.
The video, filmed by Andy Lassiter and Keller James of Sea Island Media, is a very late entry into next weekend’s Carolina Surf Film Festival. The guys are the only locals to have a film shown at the festival and despite the fact that they submitted just a little late, film fest founder Chuck Gainey was stoked to sponsor the film. In an email he says, “We were so blown away when we saw it, we had to find a way to put it in the fest.” Sick.
Make sure to head to the Brickhouse Party Plantation next Friday and Saturday to catch all the flicks.
