Looks like there isn’t going to be much of Irene to go around these parts this weekend. It’ll be a little rainy, a little gusty, but nothing too much to worry about. That didn’t stop many events from rescheduling, and Johnson’s Pub is going to have a Hurricane Party anyway.

If you see any events on this list that you know have been canceled as well, let us know. To be on the safe side, I left out anything that was meant to take place outdoors on Friday or Saturday, which didn’t leave much leftover.

(But we couldn’t exclude the Irvin-House Vineyard Grape Stomping Festival.)

The Custom Home + Remodel Show opens Friday with free admission that day, but you’ll have to pay to get in Saturday and Sunday.

Raise money for Autism Speaks at the Exclusive All White and Gold Benefit Affair, and there’s the Fundraiser for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society: Team in Training, the Carolina Studios benefit, and the St. James United Auction.

Anyone’s an athlete once they’ve got some tequila in them. Show your skills at the Cuervo Mini-Games.

You’ll know who the true RiverDogs fans are: They’re the ones going on the Swat the Sand Gnats Bus Trip.

There’s no better way to celebrate the back-to-school season than with a car and bike show.

Rogue Wave Surf Shop welcomes Brothers Galleon (from Charlotte, N.C.) for a custom screenprinting session.

All great comedians know that the more inebriated your audience is, the more they’ll laugh at your jokes (and/or possibly heckle you). So it makes sense that the Brew Ha Ha would mix comedy and a beer tasting. And Theatre 99 has Blast Off?, Improv Smackdown, The Have Nots!, and stand-up comedian and Charleston Comedy vet Fest J. Reid.

From the Ground Up and White Days Unswallowed open up at the Halsey. This event was rescheduled from Friday evening to Saturday afternoon.

Did you have One Crazy Summer? John Cusack and Demi Moore did about 20 years ago.

The Doom of the Gods Festival sounds pretty intense. I’m sure Gillian Welch will be a much calmer show. Same goes for Austin Lucas, even though he’s got some kick in him.

Oscar winners Three 6 Mafia will perform at the Ladson Fairgrounds.

And never fear. I think it would take a lot more than a hurricane to cancel a Lowcountry HighRollers bout. Irene may be tough, but these ladies are tougher, and Blood Bath and Beyond is still on.
