For just $5 head to Redux for a CreativeEvening, a fundraiser for Creative Mornings Charleston, featuring live music, a silent auction, and beer, wine, and food available for purchase, from 6-9 p.m.

The Aquarium hosts Southern Spirits: An After Hours Event; come in costume and enjoy spooktacular drinks and small plates, from 7-10 p.m.

The Grace Project, a series of empowering portraits by body image photographer Charise Isis, is held daily this weekend at three Charleston galleries: John Carroll Doyle Art Gallery, Revealed Art Gallery, and Cecil Byrne Gallery.

Swing by the Halsey for Southbound: Photographs of and About the New South, open Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

Head to the Sottile Theatre for a weekend of Italian films at the 12th annual Nuovo Cinema Italiano film festival, featuring contemporary Italian Cinema.

It’s opening weekend of the Coastal Carolina Fair, y’all. Enjoy rollercoasters, bull rides, carnival food, bumper cars, and more.

Woolfe Street Playhouse’s Night of the Living Dead — Live is held on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m.

Doom Flamingo performs with Robotrio at the Pour House at 9:30 p.m.

Enjoy roots/folk tunes from Trevor Hall at the Music Farm at 8 p.m.

Glow + Flow with Charleston Community Yoga from 6-7:30 p.m.

The Charleston Symphony Orchestra celebrates the best of American Classical Music with Ode to America at 7:30 p.m. this Friday and Saturday.

Held on fourth Friday of every month, Itinerant Literate’s Speak Easy Open mic, from 7-9 p.m., features BYO snacks and libations and an open mic night for verse, storytelling, music, and more.


Swing by J. Stark for a Sightsee pop-up, featuring cold brew and pour over coffee from “some of your favorite regional roasters.” Shop a small collection of travel-inspried products sourced from emerging brands, too. Held Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays starting at 10 a.m.
