It’s Spoleto season, and to the City Paper staff that means lots of extra hours and tons of work as we get ready to cover 17 days of festival.
To combat the mental and physical fatigue, our publisher Noel Mermer called in some reinforcements. And by reinforcements, we don’t mean more workers, we mean ice cream and lots of it.
A team from Blue Bell just scooped us up some cups of Homemade Vanilla, Summer Berries, and Southern Hospitality.
And now we’re ready for more work. Or maybe we’re ready to nap. It’s hard to say. But thanks for the ice cream all the same.
