After months of construction, Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co. is ready to unlock its doors and CP photographer Jonathan Boncek got a first look today.

According to Boncek, “The space is beautiful with large TVs that could draw a crowd with the football season.”
[content-1] Edmund’s current brewer Cameron Read is in charge of operations at EOBC and will run the a 30 barrel system while Chef Geoff Marquardt runs the restaurant.

The service is counter style at the bar and transitions to full service once an order number has been established via the counter. And Boncek adds that with it’s energetic vibe across from Workshop, he predicts it’ll be a go-to in Charleston.

The brewery officially unlocks its doors Saturday, September 16 at 5 p.m.
