Folly Beach restaurant Wiki Wiki Sandbar has revamped its menu, adding several new additions that highlight local seafood purveyors. Wiki’s new collection of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, mains and sides is now available daily for lunch and dinner, according to a press release. 

“Our team is thrilled to debut our new menu featuring the best catch from our favorite local purveyors like Tarvin Seafood, Crosby’s, Abundant Seafood and Lowcountry Seafood,” Wiki Wiki Sandbar’s culinary director Ian Holmes said in the release. “Our new dishes are just as stunning as they are delicious, and the response from locals and visitors alike has been tremendous so far.”

Look for newcomers like the “Shrimp Louie Salad,” which combines poached Tarvin Seafood shrimp with avocado, edamame and a hard boiled egg, or the local fish red coconut curry. And, the local catch of the day can now be ordered on a salad, sandwich or pasta made using local Rio Bertolini linguine. 

The restaurant, which is now located at 15 Center St. after swapping spaces with Taco Boy in December 2020, is keeping some of the favorites from its old menu, like the crispy barbecue chicken wings and spam sliders. 

Wiki Wiki Sandbar is open Sunday-Thursday from 11 a.m.- 10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday from 11 a.m.- 11 p.m. For more information, visit
