We wrote earlier this week about Chevalo and Monique Wilsondebriano of the Charleston Gourmet Burger Co., who will be competing on a Food Network TV show this Thursday at the Citadel Mall. We just learned that they’ll be going up against local College of Charleston sweethearts Topher Peora and Kacie Faulling. They’ll be battling it out at a taping for the show Food Court Wars. The taping will run from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The premise of Food Court Wars is two teams of local restaurateurs lock horns in a battle of tastes and sales. In the end, the victor is determined by the number of people who show up to support a team’s establishment and dine (for free). The winner of the show will receive their very own food court restaurant for a year, rent free.

Peora and Faulling’s restaurant’s name for the show is Holy City Pizzeria, and the two are set to wed on December 7.
