South Carolina native Jonathan Shankle has been a fan of punk and hardcore music since his first show in Columbia when he was 15 in 1993, Ohm Radio writes. (That show was Jawbreaker, playing at Rockafellas). Jonathan has since come to appreciate and play other types of music (bluegrass mandolin specifically), but still loves to share heavy music with his weekly radio show on WOHM 96.3 FM in the Holy City — Banned In SC! Airing every Monday night at 10 p.m., it is a weekly study of all things loud. Here’s his current top five albums.
