Some phrases used by Burger to describe Charleston’s F&B industry in his column “Getting trapped in F&B” in Sunday’s Post and Courier:
“it makes you feel like you ought to be doing more with your life”
“it’s just a crummy job”
“sexual harassment is common”
“fueled by alcohol and drugs”
“requires little training”
“demeaning”
“Just can’t find the finish line”
God I hope I get this pompous douche bag in my section the next time he dares to dine out in Charlston.
