$25/per class, $100/for all five
55 S. Market St. Downtown
CLASS | Let Tristan take you by the hand
It used to be simple. White wine for fish and chicken. Red for beef and lamb. But not anymore. The choices are too abundant, the varietals too plentiful. How do you know what to eat with something altogether different? A little bit of knowledge can help you jump off the menu and dive into the world of pairing your own wines with a meal. But where to gain such expertise without spending hundreds of dollars conducting your own research? Tristan offers a five-part lesson in the basics of food and wine pairing. Each week will focus on a different course and will have casual discussions about the food and wine presented. Take this series, and you’ll be well on your way to becoming a world-class gourmet, impressing friends and that snooty waitron with your oh-so-cultivated palate. NEXT WEDNESDAY
