Out of all the great bars in town, the Black Cart has the single best set of bar stools in town, hands down, er, make that bottoms down. And it has absolutely nothing to do with the comfort of the seats, and everything to do with what’s on them — images from pop culture present and past. Our personal favorite: The one with Tom Selleck’s mustachioed mug during the Magnum P.I. years.
