News flash! There are these new contraptions called iPods that store thousands of songs within a tiny little space, and they are making CDs way less popular. As a result, compact discs now have loads of free time. And, you know what they say about free time — it makes you join gangs and do drugs and stuff! In short, we’ve got to busy up the lives of our CDs — keep them off the streets and out of trouble! Here are a few ways to do it:
• You can turn your old CDs into adorable little bowls. Just place one in the oven for a few minutes to soften it up, then shape to suit. (Maybe that Hanson disc should be the first to go?)
• CDs make excellent candle holders — they help reflect the light.
• Are your walls looking a little drab? Place CDs all around for a bright, psychedelic border.
• CD cases are perfect for making picture frames: just remove the paper jacket, insert pictures, and decorate the outside (maybe with broken-up CD pieces?).
Remember, only you can save CDs from a life of crime.
