The Hill is reporting that eight of the 17 seats on the House Ways and Means Committee are open for the taking. Among those members angling for a spot is our own Congressman Henry Brown.
If Brown were to grab a spot, he would likely have to sacrifice his membership on the Veterans’ Affairs Committee as well as committee assignments on the Transportation and Infrastructures Committee and the Natural Resources Committee.
