There’s some heavy competition for this category (just turn any corner on the peninsula after a particularly hard storm and you’ll see what we’re talking about). But Bee Street, in front of the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, is always good for a swim after a little downpour. The city is looking for federal and state aid to help with the flooding problem up and down the peninsula. Crosstown and Bee Street gives some of the best evidence of the calamity.
