Atlanticville Restaurant and Café (2063 Middle St., 843-883-9452) recently welcomed local musician and art gallery director Annie Boxell — a self-taught pianist and vocalist with an affection for the smooth and soulful side of pop — back to Sullivan’s Island last week.

Boxell and various guests (on guitar and other instruments) pick up where they left off last summer with the popular weekly “Thai Tuesday” gig from 7-10 p.m.
