Bargain shoppers, prepare yourself for a day of deals tomorrow. There are two major events happening around town for those unafraid of digging for that diamond in the rough.
The Olde North Charleston Village Street Sale is Saturday from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. The Olde Village of North Charleston near Park Circle at East Montague Avenue will be closed down between Jenkins Avenue and O’Hear Avenue for the event. Look for furniture, kitchen items, housewares, CDs, books, clothing, baby items, toys, baked goods, and much more. Admission and parking is free.
We also got word that the Hampton Park Terrace neighborhood is having a big community yard sale. Head over there early for the good stuff, and also go to the park itself for a plant swap. Bring a labeled plant, seeds, or gardening books and swap with other attendees!
Make sure to have some cash on hand and set your alarms to get up early for the best bargains!
