Charleston Parks Conservancy will be the featured shirt on iwearyourtshirt.com Dec. 6, which the conservancy hopes will bring
both their organization and the city national exposure. Charleston Parks Conservancy began using social media such as blogs,
Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube to promote their parks and green spaces two years ago. Florida-based Jason Sadler’s online T-shirt promotions were not far from the marketing methods already used, says Conservancy Executive Director Jim Martin.

“This was a natural fit for us,” he says. “We are already all over various social media channels, so this was just one more creative way to promote the organization and Charleston’s parks.”

Charleston Parks Conservancy paid $340 for the coveted spot and also receives video updates on YouTube and Ustream.tv,
photos on Flickr, posts with pictures on iwearyourtshirt.com and Twitter, and the company’s logo and web site on the calendar. And of
course, mastermind Jason Sadler will wear the organization’s shirt for the day (in an extra large, in case you were wondering).

The conservancy is using this exposure to promote their planned online store where visitors can purchase the very shirt Sadler will be
wearing.
