It’s back. The funniest weekend of the year, when the Charleston Comedy Festival — co-produced by Theatre 99 and the Charleston City Paper — packs venues across town with sketch, improv, and stand up shows. The festival kicks off on Wednesday night with the Charleston Stand Up Finals, which will crown someone Charleston’s funniest person.
