Folly Beach’s newest live music venue Loggerhead’s Beach Grill opened in late April at the former site of the Roadhouse — just two short blocks off of Center Street at 123 West Ashley Avebue. Open for lunch and dinner, Loggerhead’s hosts live music on the deck and in the main room through the week. The Folly Beach Bluegrass Society and host Jamie McDonnell present an acoustic jam session every Thursday at 8 p.m.
The weekly schedule includes acoustic solo acts and local rock and reggae bands. This "grand opening" week’s lineup included Lance Starr, Big Hit & Baby Kit, Bill Johnson, The Healing, and other local cats. Call (843) 588-2365 for more info.
