Hawaii-based songwriter Donavon Frankenreiter plays his two-night stint at the Windjammer this Tuesday and Wednesday (July 6-7). Frankenreiter and his band share the bill with Bermuda-based soul/reggae singer/guitarist Mishka (the first artist off of actor Matthew McConaughey’s record label, j.k. livin).

Mishka has toured extensively throughout Europe, Japan, and North America, including an acoustic tour opening for Australian multi-instrumentalist Xavier Rudd. He’s on the road all summer with Frankenreiter behind his new album Talk About, the follow-up to 2009’s Above the Bones (both debuted at number one on the Billboard reggae charts upon their releases).

Tickets for both gigs are available for $15 in advance. Visit mishka.com and the-windjammer.com for more.
