It’s Lata-thon this week. It started with his Iron Chef episode on Sunday followed by Nightline’s Platelist on Tuesday.
During both of his national television appearances, Lata came across as affable and rather Zen-like. He’s obviously reached a point in his career where he’s comfortable enough to reflect on his weaknesses and simply enjoy what he’s doing.
Favorite nugget from Platelist segment: the image of little-boy Lata making himself Shake and Bake pork chops. So cute.
