Citadel cadets set up camp this week on Morris Island to reenact the firing on the Star of the West for the 150th anniversary. The troops fired gunpowder only at a tour boat full of alumni and other history enthusiasts, recreating the successful attempt at turning away the supply ship from Fort Sumter.
