We’re gearing up for a big event next Wednesday night at the S.C. Aquarium.
Lend a Hand to Japan will raise money to aid Japan via the American Red Cross and the Japanese Association of Zoos & Aquariums (JAZA).
Participating restaurants include Tristan, Triangle Char and Bar, O-Ku, Roti Rolls, Fleet Landing, 82 Queen, Fiery Ron’s Home Team BBQ, Smoky Oak Taproom, 17 North Roadside Kitchen, Sunfire Grill, Wasabi, Tommy Condon’s, and Queen Street Grocery. They’ll all be putting their spin on Asian cuisine, and local guest bartenders will be serving up specialty cocktails.
A minimum donation of $40 will get you in the door for a night of fun. Eat, drink, explore the Aquarium’s exhibits, and enjoy live music. It’s for a good cause. The event is Wed. April 6, from 7-10 p.m. and tickets can be purchased in advance at charlestoncitypaper.com/japan.
