The Sustainability Institute, a local nonprofit whose “mission is to empower South Carolinians to reduce their environmental footprint,” will host A Night for Our Future on Thurs. Nov. 10, which includes, among other things, a short film premiere.
The film looks at the impact the organization has had in the Lowcountry over a decade. The night, which takes place at the Hippodrome from 7-10:30 p.m., also features live music from Joel Hamilton and the Shrimp Records collective, food, and drinks from the Cocktail Club, Allagash, La Wine, and Cathead Vodka. The film starts at 8:30 p.m.
This is a 21-up event, and tickets are $40 at the Sustainability Institute’s website. Call (843) 529-3421 for more info.
