Top-rated musical reality show American Idol kicks off its 11th season on the Fox Network at 8 p.m. on Wed. Jan. 18. Host Ryan Seacrest and returning judges Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, and Steven Tyler are set to return.
A Charleston-based musician’s name popped up online last week as part of an American Idol-related “spoiler list” of auditioning vocalists. Among the 42 names listed were two favorites from Season 10: Scott Dangerfield and Colton Dixon. No word from the local musician as to the validity of the list.
