Avocet Hospitality Group, the owner of the Tides Hotel on Folly, announced their purchase of the Vendue Inn last week. It’s a good fit, as the Avocet group is very familiar with managing a property that not only caters to guests but also runs a busy bar (Blu). The Rooftop Bar often has a line down the block as folks wait to get up there and enjoy the great views.
