Concert industry magazine Pollstar has named the North Charleston Performing Arts Center the 58th highest selling theater in the world, and the highest in South Carolina. Acts hosted in 2012 included Gregg Allman, Hall & Oates, and Wicked.

The PAC beat out Atlanta’s Cobb Energy Center, Charlotte’s Belk Theater, and Durham’s Carolina Theater. Mexico City’s Auditorio Nacional made the number one spot.

The PAC is managed by SMG, which owns 220 venues worldwide. The PAC seats 2,300 people, and has hosted everything from concerts to ballet since 1999. Find out more at northcharlestoncoliseumpac.com.
