David Sedaris, one of the few (only?) writers ever to hit the big time thanks to personal essays and NPR, is hitting the Lowcountry on Oct. 23. He’ll be reading from his newest book, Let’s Explore Diabetes with Owls, although if we know Sedaris, he’ll probably break out some new and/or unpublished material too.
Blue Bicycle Books will be on hand that night to sell you the 15 copies of Sedaris’ books that you’ll be compelled to buy after hearing him read. He really is that funny. If you don’t believe us, just listen to him read from “The Santaland Diaries” on NPR.
Tickets are $40 and $50 and can be purchased here.
