Charleston County School District has announced that its schools will operate on a two-hour delay Friday due to inclement weather. Bus pickup times will be delayed by two hours, and all half-day morning Child Development and morning Kaleidoscope programs have been canceled for Friday. Teachers, meanwhile, will operate on a one-hour delay, meaning they should arrive only one hour later than their normally scheduled time.

Berkeley County School District also announced that schools will re-open Friday, but with normal operating hours. Like other area school districts, Berkeley sent students home early on Tuesday and remained closed on Wednesday and Thursday.

Dorchester School District Two schools and facilities will reopen Friday and operate on a normal schedule.
