A Greenville-based filmmaking couple is asking “Where in the world is Bill Murray?” Chris and Emily White have filmed all but the last  scene of their independent film, Cinema Purgatorio, which is set to premiere in May. The film is a semi-autobiographical narrative of a couple trying to win a film contest. And that’s where good ol’ Bill comes into play. He’s the judge of the contest.
The filmmakers are looking for Murray to film the ending scene and have set up a website to track him down. The site even gives the script for scene 88 — and all nine of Bill’s lines, not including the Lost in Translation-like secret whisper that ends the film.
If you see Bill, head to the crowd stalking part of the website to submit your tip. You can also register to be kept up-to-date of the film’s progress.
