As of right now, there are 13 tickets left to a roving pop-up dinner that will take place on Sullivan’s Island tonight. If this video is any indication, it looks like a unique experience with a good heart at its center. Yana Gilbuena, a native Filipino, is traveling to 50 states in 50 weeks, sharing her food and raising money for the victims of last year’s typhoon in the Philippines.

For her dinner in Charleston, she will be sourcing local ingredients — including shrimp, mushrooms, and a Holy City hog — for a three-course dinner. It starts with seasonal mushrooms wrapped in banana leaves and ends with sweet sticky rice in banana leaves with plenty of chef’s surprises in between. Tickets are $50 and the dinner starts at 7 p.m. You can buy tickets online here.
