Nashville-based artist Kyle Andrews, of the label Badman Recording Co., has been exercising his musical talents as a vocalist, pianist, guitarist, and lyricist since 2006. Today, Kyle is making his way around the country to promote his 2013 full-length album called Brighter Than The Sun. Best known for catchy pop songs such as the 2010 hit, “You Always Make Me Smile,” Kyle says his music emulates the styles of bands like fun. and Good Old War.
The video for “You Make Me Smile” went viral and featured an attempt at breaking a Guinness World Record, hosting 4,000 people in a giant water balloon fight. The song was then was picked up for a worldwide Holiday Inn ad and an episode of ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy, escalating it into even greater success.
His 2010 songs “Bombs Away” and “We Were Colors” also gained recognition for a national Doritos ad and a worldwide Dell commercial. Kyle will be headlining the tonight show where fellow Nashville artists Daniel Ellsworth and The Great Lakes, as well as the band The Sea Wolf Mutiny, will be joining. Admission is free.
