Meat lovers and Craig Diehl super fans, breaking news: the sign is up at Artisan Meat Share (33 Spring St.). I know, I know, you’re salivating just looking at it, but cool your bresaola-loving jets for just a second. Although Diehl tells us eager head cheese hunters keep stumbling into the building expecting the goods, it’s still a construction site. Repeat: Artisan is not open yet.

That said, the chef texted us a rare image from inside and it’s looking pretty damn cool. We expect to have an update on the progress next week.
