Del Shores, the playwright, TV writer, and cult favorite behind Daddy’s Dyin’ … Who’s Got the Will? and Sordid Lives, is partnering with What If? Productions for a fundraising performance this December.

Shores will perform his one-man show Del Shores: My Sordid Best on Wed. Dec. 10 at the American Theater. Proceeds will benefit What If? Productions.

The local company is performing Shores’ The Trials and Tribulations of a Trailer Trash Housewife that same week, so Shores will attend one performance. The play is a comedic drama about a trapped, abused wife trying to work up the courage to leave her alcoholic husband. Find out more about both shows and buy tickets at whatifproductions.org.
