Starting Mon. June 15, O-Ku will be adding lunch hours and a lunch menu from 11:30 a.m.- 2 p.m. Mon.-Sat. Chef Thad Stuckey’s lunch menu will feature appetizers, sushi and sashimi selections, and specialty rolls. To-go orders will be available as well. A highlight of the lunch menu is the bento box, which features sides, salads, noodles, and sushi with prices ranging from $10-$19.

This not the first time that O-Ku has offered lunches. During the era of Chef Sean Park, now of Kanpai in Mt. Pleasant, the King Street sushi spot offered lunch, but at some point over the years that was discontinued. With any luck, lunchtime at O-Ku will become a Charleston staple for years to come.
