Savannah-based brewery Service Brewing Company (SBC) will be expanding their distribution into North and South Carolina starting next Wed. July 1. The brewery turns one next month and after a year of successfully distributing in their home state they’ve decided to head North (and West and other ways in which geography works).

Tonight Service Brewing’s CEO Kevin Ryan (a former U.S. Army company commander — hence the beer’s name) will be at Craft Conundrum from 5-7 p.m. and at Closed for Business from 7:15 p.m. until close. Next Tues. Service Brewing will hold a tasting at the Beer Exchange from 4:30-7 p.m.

Craft Conundrum will have Service Brewing’s three year-round beers Compass Rose IPA, Ground Pounder Pale Ale, and Rally Point Pilsner on tap, along with food truck Bac’n me Crazy and live music from Jaykob Kendrick starting at 6 p.m.

A portion of Service Brewing’s revenue is donated to charities that support military service.
