President Barack Obama just walked off the stage at TD Arena after giving a stirring 38-minute eulogy for Rev. Clementa Pinckney. We’ll have a full recap of the president’s speech very soon, but we wanted to make sure you saw this video now.

“Reverend President,” as he was referred to afterwards, delivered a wide-ranging, meaningful message reflecting on Clementa Pinckney’s life, which was cut short last week, along with eight others, in what’s believed to be a targeted attack on the Mother Emanuel AME Church on Calhoun Street.

But the high-point of Obama’s speech, which encouraged people to seek grace as Pastor Pinckney did, came toward the end, when he punctuated one section with the refrain, “Amazing Grace.” Stopping for a moment, Obama slid into the familiar tune, joined by members of the AME clergy seated on the stage.

Check back in a bit for more on the service.
