U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham doesn’t use email. If you need to get in touch with him, it’s probably going to be on the phone. So, if there’s one person who can really screw up the senator’s workday, it’s a billionaire blowhard with a microphone.

Reprising his role as a Republican presidential candidate yesterday in Sun City, Donald Trump challenged the Lowcountry crowd to ring up Senator Graham after he called the Donald a “jackass” over disparaging comments about Sen. John McCain.

Soon after, Graham gave up and appealed to the world on Twitter, “Probably getting a new phone. iPhone or Android?”

As of last night, Graham’s phone was still ringing, but his colleague U.S. Sen. Kelly Ayotte’s kids were answering, reportedly while they were on their way to a showing of “Minions” in downtown D.C.

But today, the guys over at IJ Review managed to wrangle Senator Ham Biscuits into a nondescript capital-area building for some good ol’ fashioned Office Space-style destruction. Enlisting the help of a blender, a golf club, a meat cleaver, a Samurai sword, a toaster oven, some lighter fluid, a giant brick, and gravity, Graham’s old school workhorse flip phone didn’t want to give up the ghost.

With no help from the fire or the sword, Graham noted, “Or if all else fails, you can always give your number to the Donald.”
