If you haven’t made it out to a Creative Mornings Charleston event yet, you’re really missing out. Your excuses are limited — this ish is free! — so set your alarm and get to the Cigar Factory bright and early this Friday. Get your ticket here, right now. Registration opens at 10 a.m.

David Thompson, a local architect and subject of a recent City Paper cover story, will be speaking on this month’s theme of “Collaborate.” Thompson has worked on spaces like The Grocery, Butcher & Bee, and the Cedar Room, where the talk will take place. If the picture below doesn’t convince you of Thompson’s genius, we don’t know what will. (Seriously, check out that concentration).
