Fred Maurer and Christopher Bradley will be the chefs in charge of charcuterie and prepared foods, respectively, starting next week at Dickson’s Farmstand Meats in Chelsea Market. Dave Schuttenberg, who was the chef, is moving to Charleston, S.C.
