Continuing the summer of changes at Sean Brock’s McCrady’s comes the news that Chef de Cuisine Daniel Heinze is moving on after nine years at the restaurant. Heinze’s last night will be Sat. June 25. McCrady’s wouldn’t reveal where Heinze is headed, but Eater suggests he’s moving to San Diego. With his departure, McCrady’s is rolling back its menu to some of Brock’s greatest hits from 2006, which will include items like seared foie gras bacon, brown butter scallops, and wreckfish with tomato jam, braised butter lettuce, and smoked Bacon. Take a look at the full menu below.

Heinze’s move continues a series of changes for the award-winning restaurant. Last month McCrady’s announced that the restaurant will move into the old Minero space. In its stead, what we know as McCrady’s will become McCrady’s Tavern this fall.
