Molly Darcy’s (235 East Bay St.) employees and regulars have been notified that the pub is closing its doors following this Sunday’s service. According to Sarah Riney, Molly Darcy’s marketing manager, the six-year-old restaurant will shutter after one final party on Sunday.
Riney says that the final day of business will include live music following the Ireland versus France UEFA Euro 2016 soccer match. Future plans for the space are still unknown. A representative from the building’s owner, Papillon LUVR LLC, could not be reached for comment.
