Charleston police have closed down portions of Morrison Drive after an 18-wheeler collided with power lines. Morrison Drive between Mt. Pleasant and Williman streets and Brigade Street between Meeting and Morrison streets have been blocked off. According to officers on the scene, only one nearby business is without power.
